Young People on the Move” is a residential program for at risk youth. The program is all about doing something constructive whether it is going to school, finding employment, or learning to cope with mental health issues. The goal is to help program participant’s move towards becoming their must productive selves.

The “Young People on the Move” program is for young adults who are at risk of either aging out of the foster care system, currently homeless, coming out of the juvenile justice system, pregnant and/or parenting.   Upon admittance into the program, each client will go through a series of assessments in an effort to create an individualized comprehensive treatment plan. Lengths of stay vary 3- 18 months.  Each client must be motivated to create change in their lives and have a willingness to make the commitment needed in becoming an independent adult.
